Wilson Creek Values Their Volunteers!

Image result for volunteers images

Parent support is a vital component to our children’s education as well as their enjoyment at Wilson Creek.

There are many ways to volunteer your time at Wilson Creek. You can join the PTO Executive Board, chair a committee, make copies for our busy teachers, shelve books in the Media Center, photograph for the yearbook, beautify our school grounds, help your child in their Science Force labs, or become a room parent. The opportunities do not stop there – see below for all the areas we need you.

Sign-up sheets will be in your child’s classroom during Sneak Preview and Curriculum Nights, however, feel free to also contact those committee chairpersons listed on the About Us page on this website at any time during the school year.

Mandatory Volunteer Registration Process

Fulton County Schools has implemented a mandatory, volunteer registration process. All volunteers at our school must complete this process before volunteering. Previous processes and any paperwork turned in to the school are no longer valid.

You can complete this process using the link below. This should only take you a few minutes. You can do this process one time and select any and all Fulton County Schools that you volunteer at.  The volunteer registration must be updated each school year.

Once you complete the process, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will also go to the school(s) you selected. After 48 hours, you can volunteer at the school(s) and show your identification. You will be entered into the sign up system at the school(s) front office and will be able to sign in as a “Volunteer”.

Please visit this website to complete this mandatory process

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) plans, organizes and executes many excellent events, activities and services for our students, families and teachers  that help to make Wilson Creek such a wonderful school.  But, we can’t do it without your help.  Please look over the volunteer opportunities below and positively consider volunteering for the 2017-18 school year.  These are the activities and events we really need help with for next school year.  It will be rewarding and fun, and your child(ren) will be very proud that you are involved in their school!  Sign up here to let us know where you would like to help!
